I am a long distance runner and running is my passion. Over the years of endurance running , I have taught myself how proper nutrition and experimenting with different foods results in improvement of overall physical fitness. I didn't have to venture too far away from my kitchen full of Indian spices and ingredients for that. This blog is devoted to Indian food that fuels endurance athletes.
